High-throughput Screening

In this project, we have been working closely with the Centre of High Throughput Phenomics (CHiP) at the Genome Institute, which is a valuable shared resource for functional and chemical genomic technologies.

Here, we are making use of a comprehensive collection of siRNA/shRNA libraries and cDNA/ORF libraries for both mouse and human systems, and also small molecule inhibitor libraries; and performing high-throughput screens with robotics and liquid handlers, and high content imaging. Using these, we are exploring fundamental questions in cardiac biology.
