Chromosome capture conformation with high throughput sequencing is a molecular biology method used to analyze the 3D chromatin architecture in a cell. It helps elucidate which distal enhancers regulate gene expression through enhancer-promoter interactions. It generally requires a lot of cells and the integrity of chromatin has to be intact to get good results.
