Benson Lim

PhD
Post-Doc Fellow

I am a graduate from the University of Melbourne, with original training as a plant geneticist. In 2014 I explored mammalian genetics and initiated an internship with Professor Andrew Sinclair (a pioneer in SRY research) at the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute, in a project to identify putative regulatory sequences surrounding genes with critical roles in human reproductive development. I joined the Foo-lab in 2016 to work on circular RNAs in cardiovascular diseases. Outside of work, I like spending time with my baby daughter, watching movies and cooking for the family.
